The next day starts out well. And then you crack.

Immediately, your brain says,

I think it’s safe to say that we’ve all spoken these words more than once.

But, there doesn’t have to be a start or an end day. Your body deserves to look great year-round without diets, without depriving yourself of normal food, while struggling to see results.

Your body has the potential to change with ease. And it only needs you to do 3 small things to reward you with flattering changes.

1. Weights

weight loss tipExercise with weights gives life to your bones and restores lost muscles. Your skin then wraps tightly around them, which helps to iron out the bumps and divots.

In fact, your muscles are so powerful only a small portion ever gets used, leaving the rest to collect dust. Once you can “fire up” the WHOLE muscle, you will begin to see your body rid itself of fat and firm up fast.

And, there’s an approach to weight training that will help you work the WHOLE muscle. It’s in all the science books but very few do it.

2. Cardio

Cardio is a funny thing. To burn fat you need carbs, so you want to make sure you can still enjoy them while you train.

When the cardio is a fun blast, time will fly by and you won’t need to do as many sessions. Three times each week will be plenty, which gives you more free time to enjoy life.

cardio tipIt’s actually best to do shorter cardio that doesn’t overuse the same muscles and the same joints. This will keep your body younger and more fit. And it will hit your muscles from so many angles to give you a full firmness to each part of your body.

In the right setting, these workouts will burn many more calories!

But that’s not the most important thing…

Sure, you get to burn an extra 300 to 400 calories a session, but the key is how the cardio helps you burn fat all day long!

And so… the carbs can stay while fat goes away!

Finally, the piece of the puzzle that’s missing – the piece so important to you that it defines how well you age, how fast you see results and even if you see results at all, are:

3. Knots

You may have heard your massage therapist talk about them. They are a KILLER of progress in your quest for a great body.

Your Muscles

Without Knots

  • Need more oxygen in turn burn more fat
  • Store less fat on skin around it
  • Move freely to tone up every inch

With Knots

  • Only a small portion of it does any work
  • Fat stores build up on surrounding skin
  • Limits oxygen flow in turn burns less fat

“Removing the knots around the thigh and bum instantly begins to remove the cellulite and fat too.”

Training can break apart these knots, but they can also cause them. If you sit all day and then go to the gym, you use those same muscles in certain exercises. This causes more knots that strangle the life out of your muscles.

Leaving them unused, soft and surrounded by fat.

For example, are you familiar with a burpee?

It’s the same as sitting. Or how about a sit-up or mountain climbers? All of them keep you “sitting’ all day and night leaving you with knots.

There is an endless list of exercises that are causing knots in your body. But you DO NOT need to suffer with mediocre progress, average results and rapid aging.

By spending only 3 days a week in the gym using exercises that don’t cause knots, you can have:

  • A lean and toned body admired by others
  • A firm figure with all the fat you want washed away
  • A fallback in age; especially under the skin, but on the surface too
  • A life without diets

This all sounds so good. What can I expect?

You’ll train for only 60 minutes, three times per week. In the first part of the class, you’ll wake up all your softening muscles. Blood will flow through them, giving them oxygen, giving them shape, giving them life.

A highly skilled trainer will be there to coach you in person and you will get quality one-on-one time, as classes are no bigger than 10 people.

In this part of the class, you will start to feel the knots break apart and your muscles begin to sculpt. This is actually the BIG key to your overall results because you will be able to burn much more fat as your body changes.

In the second part, you’ll do my Torch Fitness original “blasts”.

This is where the sweat happens. The exhilaration and the high allows the sheer heat you produce to multiply your calorie burn by two.

You’ll learn a new workout each time you come to class. In fact, each session will never be the same, or have the same exercises, but they will all be challenging!

They will be the toughest classes you’ll ever train in and they are also the ones that will get you the fastest results – ones that last!
