Add This To A Better Body And Look Out!

What Do You See?

What Do You See?

The Graph I Drew That Had Everyone Nodding

I made this into a video because so many people could relate to it.

My Dad’s side of the family suffers from depression and there have been many struggles.

I felt a lot of this when I was younger and this was made even worse by childhood experiences and an overall weakening of my mind.

And so as I grew up and began training I was thrown into the world of sports from the get-go – teenage girls were my main client base and as I got to know them, I couldn’t help but notice the amount of unhappiness they often felt.

It took me a while to figure things out but I read and read until I felt like I could learn to see things differently.

And so I began to change my own thoughts and began to help the girls in any way I could so they wouldn’t always default into negative thoughts.

Just As Important As Fitness

The Calgary Fitness market is focused on losing weight, but there is much more in life than just thin.

I have been in amazing shape and still felt like crap and while exercise is a powerful way to boost me up, I felt someone there would have helped a lot.

I was actually hospitalized at the age of 30 with what later on was diagnosed as anxiety. I had these attacks and they were horrible.

I know your main goal is to get in shape, to learn how to get lean and toned but I just wanted to share with you something that I think falls under the same category, but not from a aesthetic point of view but a happiness point of view.

I’ve drawn this chart over and over again and watched people nod their head up and down as if they knew exactly what I was talking about, but long before I got to the good part. And so I wanted to share it with you.

I wasn’t sure if I should at first, but here it is. People loved it and I hope you do as well!

I hope you have a great start to your September and I apologize for not writing much lately.

Train Smart,

Aaron

  2. Thanks Aaron, this was a well-timed and well-explained kick in the pants for me! Life is really all about choice…

  3. Aaron,
How well articulated. You are so correct in your insights. It is hard to change and focus on the positive, but it is so important that we do. You are a beacon to many in this life.

Aaron I loved this video. I very rarely have lows but I have a daughter who continually lives in the “low” and rarely is even at “normal” so I have asked her to watch it in the hopes that it might spur something to aid her in changing her default mode. Thank you for your excellent presentation – you are awesome!!!

Very inspiring Aaron – the genes you spoke about have touched my family as well. Hope to meet you someday soon! Recconected with Carol in May and we hit it off like no time had passed at all – even though it was almost 48 years since we had last seen each other. xoxo

  6. Thank you for sharing your thoughts Aaron!

  7. Hi Aaron, very well phrased – needed to hear that – the ‘teenager’ in me says ‘ thanks!’

  8. Hi Aaron, I just read this, you are right 🙂 and I’m so glad you think outside the box and blog about these extra’s. Thanks!
