This morning I went swimming and had not been able to eat before I left. As I swam I began to run out of fuel (weakness, shakiness etc…). I did finish my swim and on my way out of the pool I bought an orange poppyseed muffin. I tend to do that when I’m that hungry and just need “something”. It was DELICIOUS!
