The perfect breakfast to a huge day of weight loss!

I’m going to give you the best breakfast to jump start any weight loss day, especially if you continue to eat this well for the rest of the day.

Okay….here it is….and you have to try it because you will not only love it, it will keep you from blood sugar spikes , greatly reduce hunger pangs and have you thinking and feeling great!

– 1 baked organic sweet potatoe

(small one, as most are smaller if organic)
it takes about 45 min to 1 hour and can be done fresh in the a.m or the day before.

– Protein shake

(1 cup of milk/almond breeze or rice milk, frozen fruit of your choice (just enough to barely penetrate the 1 cup of milk and 1 teaspoon or more off albumen (egg white powder).

The albumen is put in once the shake is blending.

    Great suggestion!! I’ve never had a sweet potato in the morning. Do you do both of these together or is it one or the other?
