Small fitness group training

We are a small group fitness training focused on weightlifting. At Torch Fitness, we believe that strength training is vital for maintaining and improving health, and that strength training with cardiovascular exercise is a powerful combination.

This program/workout is for you if:

You want some personalized attention but do not love the idea of having a one-on-one personal trainer watching your every move

You want to see quick results

Your only goal is to lose a lot of weight

You want an easy workout

You want to do this workout 5 times a week
